Technical Recruiter
Summary: Ten Mile Square Technologies is building its technology team and needs to add a technical recruiter to accelerate the process. This is a great opportunity to get involved in an established commercial consulting company with great benefits and incentive pay. Ten Mile Square is a team of senior technology professionals with exceptional experience consulting with and scaling technology-based businesses.
We develop system architecture and software for private sector enterprises and non-profits. Our clients include Scripps Networks (Food TV, HGTV, Travel Channel...), CollegeBoard, SoundExchange, venture investment firms, and a variety of organizations you have heard of but we can't mention.
Required: Undergraduate degree or applicable experience required; excellent command of spoken and written English; permanent resident or US Citizen; W-2 only, no contract or 1099.
Experience/Skill Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience with:
- Creating hiring strategies with company's leadership team
- Building a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Working with hiring managers to write position descriptions
- Sourcing resumes and pre-screen candidates
- Scheduling candidate reviews and interviews with senior staff and hiring managers
- Tracking applicant status
- Working with standard software tools like Microsoft Office
- Experience working in small, fast-paced company environments
- Occasional light HR Generalist duties
- Excellent communication and writing skills
